T he  Nimitz Seahawks’ Cove is officially open for business!  We welcome everyone to come visit our renovated library and have made every concerted effort to make it a more patron friendly environment. In addition to a new colorful tile floor, we have re-organized the entire book collection.  Yes, ALL library books and resources  have been re-shelved, book shelves relocated and labeled with prominent user-friendly signage. Text Box: During our time of fiscal challenges we would like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to all of those who so generously have given of their time and resources in helping us provide quality materials and create a healthy reading environment.  We have been very “lucky” to have been given a generous donation towards the purchase of new life science books Text Box: and current young adult fiction novels.  We will also be  purchasing the available corresponding AR Tests.  These items will be displayed and ready for circulation once they arrive..
     We ask all faculty and staff to please consider donating student and teacher friendly periodicals/magazines for all to use and enjoy.  You will be issued a receipt for tax deduction purposes.  Please deliver your donations to the library.

comprised of 14 computers comfortably  perched on top of 8 new computer tables.  Finally, we now have access to a new overhead media projector that Mr. Montenegro and Mr. Torrico worked diligently to install.

     Again, we are continually looking forward to making the library grow as we accommodate the needs of our patrons and invite you all to stop by and visit. We are open throughout the school day , including lunch and nutrition unless otherwise indicated.

We ask that you please review the library policies and procedure with your students so that we can give all equitable access.  Please see the librarians to make class reservations. Note that the library has been reserved for CST Testing beginning March 15th  thru March 31st. All
